Logans Ferry Sportsman’s Club
This class is deigned for the person who knows how to safely operate their carbine and wants to improve their skills. topics covered include, target transitions, moving while shooting, different shooting positions, and shooting from cover.
Required Items
- Ear and eye protection
- Rifle with sling and zeroed optic or iron sights
- 3 magazines and a way to hold at least one of the extras on your body (belt, chest rig, plate carrier)
- 300 rounds of your caliber ammuntion
- Water
- Lunch, snacks
- Weather appropriate clothing (this class will happen rain or shine)

The class was well organized and full of valuable information. Ryan did an awesome job answering questions and keeping up with students of different skill levels. Something that he brought to the table that I haven’t heard a lot of from other instructors is the application of a mixed martial arts training style and mindset to firearms training. This topic was something we discussed a lot and really helped elevate the class for me and my training mindset moving forward. Definity take this course if you get the chance.
