Night Vision Capabilities

Students will take their night vision setups off the flat range and learn to use it to its full potential. Class will start with a demo from Send Nods covering different types of night vision units, and all of the functions and controls on them. Send Nods will also have rental units available for those who don’t have night vision, or want to try out one of their high spec set ups.

Topics covered will include:

Movement through various terrain, weapons manipulations, medical, and small administrative tasks.

Packing list:

• Night vision unit
• Helmet or other mounting solution
• Small day pack or backpack
• Rifle with sling, pistol with 2 EMPTY magazines each, and a holster for your pistol . NO LIVE AMMO AT THIS CLASS.
• Boots
• Rain gear
• Change of clothes
• Extra batteries for night vision
• Eye protection
• Recommended if you have it: compass, TQ, dummy rounds for rifle and pistol.
